Together in Transplant – Patient Support Group

An online support group for transplant recipients and carers, run by patients for patients.

Meetings are held via Zoom every Friday from 4.30 pm to 6.00 pm (Sydney time).

Who can join:

  • Pre- or post-transplant patients

  • Carers and family members

  • All organ transplant recipients (heart, lung, kidney, liver, heart-lung etc.)

Guidelines:

  • Cameras must remain on for privacy reasons.

  • All discussions remain confidential within the group.
